OPTION-1

For a larger number of participants, we recommend submitting your videos on a USB drive in an organized manner, with separate folders for each category, and sending it by courier to the provided address.

Upload on:   https://mega.nz/ 

MEGA is one of the most popular cloud drives in the world, you might have used it already. MEGA provides you with 20GB of free cloud storage after creating a MEGA account, which is the largest free cloud storage space ever than others. Because Google Drive provides only 15GB free cloud storage, OneDrive provides 5GB of free cloud space while Dropbox offers only 2GB of storage space on the cloud.

1. Arrange your videos by group. Rename files with [participant name, group, and class]

2. Go to Mega.nz: Visit the Mega.nz website using your web browser.

3. Sign in or Sign up: If you already have an account, log in. If not, sign up for a free Mega.nz account.

4. Create a Folder (Optional): If you want to organize your videos, you can create a folder by clicking the “New” button and selecting “Folder.”

5. Upload Your Video:

   • If you created a folder, open it.
   • Click the “Upload” button (a cloud with an up arrow) or drag and drop your video files directly into the Mega.nz interface.

6. Select Your Video Files: Use the file picker to select one or more video files you want to upload.

7. Wait for Upload: Mega.nz will start uploading your videos. The time depends on your internet speed and file size.

8. Share the Link (Optional): Once uploaded, you can right-click on the video file or folder and choose “Get link” to share it with us via email: [artviewsion@gmail.com] 

OPTION-3

Upload on:  https://wetransfer.com

1. Arrange your videos by group. Rename files with [participant name, group, and class]

2. Go to https://wetransfer.com.

3. Upload your files (folders or individual files).

4. Enter our email address: [artviewsion@gmail.com]

5. Enter your own email

6. Add a title and message with your School name and entries details.

7. Click on “Transfer.”

8. You will receive a confirmation code via email. Copy it and paste it where required. If you want to avoid verifying every time, consider creating a free account.

9. Wait for the upload to complete.

10. We will receive an email with a download link.

11. You will be notified with a confirmation when your files are downloaded by the artviewsion.

12. Accepted File Types: Only upload videos in MP4 format.

13. Ensure that all video and image files are easily identifiable by including necessary details such as:

    1. • • Your Name
         • School Name
         • Class
         • Group

    This helps us match your files to your registration information accurately.
