Participants can choose to create artworks based on the following themes, either in a realistic or abstract style: Landscape. Flowers, Urban or Rural Life, Pakistan, Education, Save Earth

Medium:

You have the freedom to express your imagination using various mediums, including: Poster Colors, Acrylic Paint, Watercolors, Pastels, Pencil Colors, Mixed Media

Size:
All artworks should be created on A4 paper size. This standard size allows for easy submission and ensures uniformity across entries.

Additional Information:

1. Printable coloring sheets corresponding to the themes are available for download on the ARTVIEWSION website. These can serve as a starting point for your creative journey or as inspiration for your own original creations.
2. Participants are encouraged to explore their creativity and interpretation of the themes. Whether you depict the serene beauty of a rural landscape, the bustling streets of an urban center, or the intricate details of a flower, let your imagination soar.

3. Submissions will be judged based on creativity, technical skill, interpretation of the theme, and overall impact.

VIDEO KAHANI  وڈیو کہانی 

Welcome to the Video Kahani contest, an opportunity to weave tales through the lens of your camera and the rhythm of your voice.

Here are the guidelines:

Additional Guidelines:

1. Video length should be a minimum of 1 minute and a maximum of 5 minutes.
2. You are free to use any camera or recording device to capture your footage.
3. Ensure that your name/school name, city, and group are clearly mentioned either by voiceover or written text within the video.

Submission of Artwork:

1. Complete all details in the Registration Form and create a List of Participants, ensuring accuracy and legibility. You can either clearly write or type the information.
2. Download the label from our website and affix it securely to the back of your artwork.
3. Ensure that the label displays the participant’s details (Name, School, Class, and Group Category) exactly as written on the List you provided.
4. Safely pack your artwork to prevent any damage during transit and send it via courier to the provided address. Include a proof of payment with your shipment.
5. Utilize the Address Label provided on our website for the courier service, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
6. Registration Forms and Lists are available for download on the ‘Download’ page of our website, facilitating easy access and submission.

Submission of Videos:

1. Submit your videos conveniently via online cloud storage shared links, WhatsApp, or directly upload them through our website. Visit the “Submissions” page on our website for detailed instructions.
2. For efficient handling, especially for a larger number of participants, we recommend submitting your videos on a USB drive. Organize them meticulously with separate folders for each category.
3. Alongside your submission, please ensure you send the Registration Form and List of Participants separately for each contest, accompanied by proof of payment.
4. Rename your video files with the Participant’s Name/Class/School/City for easy identification during the review process.

Digital List of Participants / Registration Form:

Sending the hard copy of participants’ registration forms and the participants’ list via courier is mandatory. Additionally, kindly send a soft copy of the participants’ list to artviewsion@gmail.com to prevent any misprinting or errors in certificate printing. Participation Fee:

1. The participation fee is Rs. 800 per student, per contest, and is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. All entries will undergo anonymous evaluation by a panel of readers and judges.

Decisions of the Selection Committee are final and not subject to appeal.
